Building Capabilities for a Changing World
Cinansys (Centre for Information Analysis and Systems) is a research-driven organization focused on learning, capability engineering, and financial research.
The world is changing rapidly. Access to information has never been easier, but information alone is not enough. People need the ability to understand and apply information, build practical skills, think critically, solve problems, adapt to change, and make informed decisions. We believe these abilities together build capability.
Helping people build these capabilities is why Cinansys exists. We study how people learn, think, make decisions, and develop skills, and we use those insights to create practical learning resources and tools.
Our work focuses on two areas.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple goal: helping people become more capable, more confident, and better prepared for the future.
What is Capability Engineering?
Capability Engineering is our approach to helping people become more capable.
Instead of focusing only on providing information, we focus on helping people understand, apply, and benefit from what they learn. By building practical knowledge, skills, critical thinking, and sound judgment, people become better equipped to solve problems, adapt to change, and create opportunities.

We study how people learn, stay motivated, develop skills, solve problems, and adapt to emerging technologies. Our research explores learning science, AI-assisted learning, gamification, capability development, and educational technology to create effective learning experiences.
Financial & Investment Research
We conduct financial and investment research to better understand financial markets, securities, behavioral finance, market dynamics, and long-term wealth creation.
We complement our financial and investment research with real-world implementation using our own capital, enabling us to validate research findings and continuously refine our methodologies.
